Booking procedure

Please telephone to check the availability of your preferred dates and we will hold your verbal requirement for 5 days pending the arrival of a completed booking form and deposit.

Complete the booking form, print it out and return it to us together with the appropriate deposit of £75 ($100) per week for each week booked. We regret that this is a non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest, so please ensure adequate insurance cover to allow for this eventuality. All cheques should be made payable to A. Feerick.Thank you.

These rates include all local and state taxes, electricity, linen, cleaning and maintenance charges, but do not include the £100 ($150) refundable security deposit. Absolutely no hidden charges!

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we operate a No Smoking policy in the home and your co-operation is appreciated.

Once your deposit has been received, a receipt will be sent together with the due date for your final balance, no reminders will be sent. When the balance has been received, your final documentation will be forwarded to you. we can also arrange discounted flights, car hire, insurance and even attraction tickets when booking through us as Bona Fide home owners. We only deal with a bonded travel agent, so please ask for details as we may be able to save you money.

Please inform us with the booking form if you will require a high chair.
