We have been holidaying in Florida since the early 1980's and decided some ten years ago to buy our own family home. We are sure that you will enjoy our home as much as we continue to enjoy it ourselves.

To make your stay as nice as possible the home is comfortably furnished, fully carpeted and Air conditioned throughout with the added bonus of ceiling fans. Being our own home it has many extra comforts that most rental homes lack. A telephone is provided with free unlimited local calls. Cots and high chairs can be rented from our local property manager for a small fee, to be paid there. We operate a No Smoking policy within the home and your co-operation would be appreciated.

If for any reason the holiday dates you require are already booked, we are part of a small pool of private owners on Chatham Park who's houses are all of an equally high standard therefore we will be pleased to offer you one of these alternative homes, all managed by our own property manager,so you are assured of our best attention at all times.
